Durco PlugSeal valves for Desalination application

DurcoPlugSeal valves have been designed to satisfy the SWRO desalination industry with Positive Shutoff, full rated ASME Class 600, available in butt weld or flanged with body material in 904L SS or Super Duplex SS (other materials available), sizes up to 16” and in-line repairability.

Automax RG Serices Scotch Yoke Actuators up to 250,000NM

The new Automax RG Series scotch-yoke actuator is a fully modular design with torque range from 2000Nm to 250,000Nm (2,800 in-Lbs to 2.2 M in-Lbs) in eight models, RG1 through RG8, with maximum actuator torque and mounting base in compliance with ISO 5211. It has a Pull-to-Compress spring design, Canter Yoke with a variety of manual override options.

The AKH2-300 Lined Ball Valve ANSI Class 300.

The new range of Atomac lined ball valve meets pressure requirements, face to face and flange dimensions as well as wall thickness per ANSI class 300 while offering the same design features and benefits as the standard AKH2 ball valve series, such as 2-piece design, full port and free floating ball assembly associated with positive retention of the liner within the valve components. All internal components and spare parts are fully interchangeable within the Atomac AKH2 ball valve range.

Worcester Extended WZ - Energy/Thermal Fluid Mizer

This valve expands the range of the Thermal Mizer valve with the SS316 extended stem design for temperature range of -80F to 550F. The valve is suitable for steam applications and thermal transfer fluids. The valves are complaint to API 607 4th Edition Firesafe certified for sizes 1/2" to 2" and packing offered are Worcester G7 Graphite design.

VL-ES linear actuators

Another quality product from Valtek with high performance linear actuators offering high cycle life, fast acting strokes, standard long stroke up to 8", size comparable to Valtek 100Sq inch to 400 sq inch linear actuators, new springs and quad seals and supported by Performance software.

Soft-seated FlowTops and FlowPacs

Flowserve Villah Operation is pleased to announce the new soft seated plug arrangement with metallic stop on Standard FlowTops and FlowPacs. The new design is 100% compatible with the older design and  can operate reliably at full differential pressures.

Atomac Check Valve

The new Atomac lined check valve complements the existing range of high quality lined products. The new swing check valve ARK2 sizes range from 50mm to 400mm, to ANSI B 16.5 Class 150, face to face to ASME/ANSI B16.10 Table 9 Sp3.
