Flowserve understands
that our customers demand trouble free and cost effective
performance from their assets. To meet this expectation,
we have established a significant local service capability
backed up by local inventory. Where necessary we can readily
access a network of Quick Response Centers around the
world to source critical components. We back this up with
a team of skilled engineers and technicians that provide
our customers with certainty, confidence and most importantly
- long term value.
Flowserve Australia has an established service and repair
facility in Melbourne and Perth. The in-house machine
shop enables quick and precise machining of parts to match
the job specifications. The workshop is equipped with
CNC's, lathes, vertical borer, milling stations, radial
drills. It has a well equipped welding bay with rotating
spindle for welding plugs, seat rings, bonnets and other
circular items. The paint shop includes a sandblast area,
masking area and a heated paint shop for special paint
applications. The workshop includes standard workstations for valves sizes up to 12" and one large station
for larger valves assemblies above 12".
