Serck Audco long-established reputation has been sustained across a wide range of lubricated plug valves, in industries as diverse as oil and gas, chemical processing, water and waste treatment, food and beverage. Much of the company's reputation has been built on product quality. Each product undergoes multi-stage quality control procedures before leaving the factory.

The Iron and Steel Audco taper plug valves are manufactured in sizes 1/2" to 12" and is used in a variety of liquid, gaseous and slurry services.The tapered seating surfaces of the body and plug are not exposed to the line fluid when the valve is in the open position, so that the erosion and corrosion of the media are confined to the lesser important part of the valve. The Super loMu plug coating and the patented sealant provide low friction, low torque and easier operation of the valve.

The Super H is a high performance version of the tapered plug valve, with consistent torque, assured sealing to atmosphere, side mounted sealant injectors, proven longer valve life and overall reliability on high integrity systems. The super H is considered as the abrasion master for severe applications such as sand, entrained oil and gas production, water injection, high temperature catalyst conveying, slurry handling and gas transportation.

The DIPV is a Double Isolation Plug Valve with a twin pressure balance plug and a centrally located bleed port, integral within the body. It is robustly designed with bubble tight shut off on both high and low pressure applications.

In recent years, the Serck Audco Valve research laboratories  have paid particular attention to the development of a multi-purpose sealant to simplify plant maintenance where many services are encounted. A single multi-purpose sealant can often be used throughout the entire plant on various applications and reduce the amount of sealant which need to be stocked. Sealant 731 and 733 are the most common types.
