The product line consists of
the Custom forged ball valve, System II precision

and the patented Nobleizing process. Noble Alloy valves's line of 3D ball valve products provide completely reliable performance in high pressure service, metal or soft seated applications in a wide variety or demanding chemical processes.

The ball and stem on the 3D ball valves are hardened using the Nobleized surface enhancing technique. Nobleizing is neither a coating or a spray, but a physical and chemical conversion, producing an extremely hard finish which penetrates to an appreciable depth. The hardened surface will not peel, chip, delaminate, spall or crack. In most cases, the corrosion resistance of the Nobleized metal remain unchanged or is improved. Typically Nobleized Zirconium produces a hardness up to 70 Rc while Titanium, Tantalum and Titanium-Niobium can reach hardness levels of 54 to 65 Rc.
The Condor Piston Check Valve is a patented design with its full bore constant flow area and assurance of low pressure loss through the valve. The unique double guided piston provides total stability, even in dual phase conditions. The simple, rugged and compact design allows the valve to be installed in any position, and can be field serviced without any special tools. A swing check valve version is another addition to the range with the disc hinge pin not in the flow path and designed with no external leak path.
