Kammer Control Valves
Kammer control valves are designed for special applications,
where process users are looking for specific answers
to tough process conditions. Kammer valves are currently working in more that 30 countries. Founded in 1966, Kammer has concentrated its engineering and manufacturing efforts on controls valves for specific applications. Using flexible manufacturing practices, Kammer can respond to demanding conditions based on its extensive experience of 40 years service.
Kammer valves can operate at pressures ranging from vacuum to 4000bar and temperatures from -269C to +400C. Bodies may be made from all standard Stainless steel alloys, from plastic or from special alloys. During the last 32 years, Kammer has established a reputation as a leading manufacturer of valves which regulate low flow volumes. Experiences in manufacturing micro-flow and laboratory valves with extremely low Cv
requirements as small as 0.0000012 with equal percentage characteristics.
The Kammer body design is versatile,
allowing the addition of low and micro-flow trim
and metal bellows for zero fugitive emission requirements. Kammer have designed sophisticated bellow seal arrangements for control valves requiring absolute leak-proof and reliable service to give permanent protection against volatile emission of toxic or corrosive media (TA-Luft Compliant to German Standards)
Moreover, Kammer valves are specialists in the special field of research & development for valves for chemical use, tank & glass systems, bio-technology and cryogenic technology. The valves are available in
a variety of body designs including split, globe,
cryogenic, angle, and plastic.
The new Kammer series 132000 control valve completes the range of Flowserve's lined valves. Using the extensive experience of Atomac in the manufacture of lined ball and plug valves, the new lined valves offer excellent
reproducible trims, low Cv values, range of liners and threaded plug and seat design for easy replacement and maintenance.
Kammer pneumatic
actuators are powerful and compact diaphragm actuators
designed with integrated positioners that permit
multiple configurations. Kammer valves can also
be equipped with Flowserve digital positioners and
intelligent systems. Electric actuators are
also available upon request.
