Audco India Limited (AIL)

Audco India has a number of years association with BTR Engineering and Serck Audco. The Company operates in 3 modern plants in Chennai and offers a diverse range of Butterfly, Plug, Globe and Gate valves. Each plant is equipped with modern production facilities with special purpose machines, automatic welding equipment, heat treatment furnaces and testing facilities for the total control of all manufacturing operations. AIL has continued to supports Flowserve in providing quality products and spare parts.

Audco India can supply valves in carbon steel (WCB) and stainless steel (CF8M) and also in other alloys. They have metallurgists and engineering specialists that can assist in specific designs plus a R&D facilities for design optimisation. They possess in-house metallurgical, NDE laboratories and gauge calibration facilities with up -to-date equipment for repeatable and reliable production throughput.

The company can provide custom made packages to suit your needs. Most valves produced are available with wrench or gear operation, but can be supplied as bare shaft if actuation is required.
