Flowserve Atomac is a leading global supplier with over 40 years of experience with Fluoropolymer lined ball valves in critical applications within the process and refining industries. The valves are specifically designed to hold the corrosion resistant fluoropolymer in place as the valves are used for the toughest fluids of the CPI. The company has an extensive range including lined butterfly valves, lined & sleevelined plug valve, tilt disc & ball type check valves, sight glass valves, Sampling Valves, lined globe valve and ceramic lined valves.

Atomac flanged or wafer style lined ball valves are available in both ANSI and DIN standards. The lined valves have been extensively used with great success in Chemical plants, Pulp & Paper, Titanium Dioxide Production, Steel Plants and Pharmaceutical industries.

Atomac valves provide bubble tight shut-off, low maintenance, leak-proof stem seal and the safety assurance of a blowout-proof stem assembly. The most common liner used is PFA which can operate at temp 200 C with high wear resistant properties and reliable service. Other liners such as FEP, Conductive PFA, PP and Tefzel are also available upon request. The body material is typically Ductile but can be supplied in carbon steel and in stainless steel if required.

Other additions to the range are Characterised Ball for Control applications, extended stem packing with purge connections and live loading for additional fugitive emission protection, Chlorine service valves and lined ball valves up to Class ANSI 300#
